The Oslo photogrammetry doesn’t show up. I’ve installed the update from the Marketplace, cleared the rolling cache, and photogrammetry is switched on. I haven’t checked other areas yet.
Anyone not seeing it?

There was an issue shortly after the release of WU15 where some of the new TIN cities weren’t being displayed properly. This issue is now resolved. You may need to restart your sim to see the fixed data.
