WU not available for download

I cant get the WU.

I can see the update in marketplace, but is states that another transaction is pending. The “Get” and “Get and Download” buttons are greyed out.

Sim is updated to 1.30.12.0 - as required.
Community folder is empty
Rolling cache is deleted.
Rebooted PC

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I’d log a ticket with zendesk to have this resolved.

However, this does not present as a purchase failed or pending.
Its an error message in the WU window - almost like the game does not recognize I have updated to latest version or a transaction related to this is stuck.
