Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
Partial - I see a static fuel truck partially obstructing the taxiway, but not the static aircraft
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
I suspect if you use ground traffic setting > 0 those planes may appear? Mine is set to 0 since I use Simple Traffic, and it requires a 0 setting so correctly liveried aircraft appear.
