The buildings on the lower right look like they’re straight out of City 17 in Half-Life 2 / Half-Life: Alyx. This looks very eastern European to me.

Yep, it’s Prague. So it’ll either be a Czech Republic WU or perhaps a general eastern european WU. Personally I’m more inclined to think its the latter. But who knows until then.

It think it will be greater Eastern-Europe. The Chech republic isn’t that big of a country.

Hopefully it’s the four Visegrad countries at least. And they should fix the ugly textures in the mountains around southern Poland/eastern Czech/Slovakia. That would be a great WU.

If it’s the Slovak/Balkans region, Balkans Bush Trip 2.0 please. It’s one of the few that I managed to finish in the old days.

I doubt it will cover the Balkans since that’s an entirely different region to the Czech Republic and its neighbours. Eastern Europe is a pretty big place.

Not really. Eastern Europe is a fraction of the size of the USA, Canada or Australia. It all depends on how ambitious they are.

If it is an Eastern Europe WU. I think it’s safe to say it won’t include Belarus & it certainly won’t include Russia. There’s also many different definitions to what eastern Europe includes. To me, the most likely countries to be included would be Czech Republic (obviously), Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia & very possibly but unlikely, Ukraine.
The other eastern European countries would be better classed as the Balkans or Baltics which i’d imagine having their own updates.

Thanks. The Charles Bridge in the middle of the pic is pretty distinct and I’ve been lucky enough to have been there, so recognized it straight away. Great beer and great city.
