At least one POI from WU17 is missing in my Sim. This is Lake Vyrnwy Tower.

Thats why its not a bug, this is an issue with your settings / other addon that may be conflicting. Have you tried starting the sim with an empty community folder?
In Content Manager it only lists WUIII as being installed. However, it does not list WU17 as “Not Installed”. It lists “Update Available” as “(0)”
