WW2 Fighter Legend

Those of you that enjoy the fighter planes of WW2 may be interested in a German Pilot named Franz Von Werra, featured in the film “The One That Got Away”. A good documentary on Youtube about him. He crash landed in a field in Kent after his engine was hit. His exploits are legendary. I flew Flyingiron’s Mk9 Spitfire and landed in the very same field. For those that are interested, these are the coords for that field which can be entered into the Littlenavmap app:

N51°08’ 58,80" E0°29’ 7,17"

It may be difficult to take off from this field. I’m looking forward to Flyingiron’s release of the ME109 and follow his route, culminating in his eventual crash and capture.
