I am currently having an issue with my x56 where both the rudder axis and the mini stick both read the same input. When I try to yaw from external view the camera just spins. I’ve tried to remap the rudder and camera controls but it still does it. Any suggestions? Is anyone else having this issue. Seems to have just started today for some odd reason.
Did u try to reset x56 by its software ?
Yep, I tried reinstalling the drivers and everything. Its strange it seems that all of a sudden the stick left twist is linked to the c stick axis. Even when I unbind the controls I get the same result.
I’m also having some odd issues that seem to relate to the ministick. In my case it was used to pan the camera internally and externally. It seems that using it somehow throws the plane off track, even when I believe I have removed all bindings I can find (so that I cannot even pan anymore, but it still seems to provoke this issue) Note AP does not disengage and no alarms when this happens.
I’m becoming convinced there is some core issue with how the sim responds to input from the ministick, bound or not. Right now I’m taking some encouragement from the fact I’m seeing multiple posts regarding issues where this stick seems to be involved. Mine is now logged as a bug report apparently, and I will share any updates on that, or progress made otherwise.
Have to install software first and setting it ! X56 sometimes lost its axis settings,so u got to reset it when happened. Others should go well with msfs in my example !
