Xbox Cloud gaming controls are twisted up

OK, reporting back that the (ironic) “Airplane Mode” worked in getting XBOX Cloud version of the game to recognice my XBOX controller

  1. Launch Cloud version of game
  2. At Intro Menu Screen, mouse over the icons in the upper left of screen to expand the little Xbox menu
  3. Select the 3 button option “show stream menu”
  4. Select “Toggle Full Screen”
  5. Now, open you computer settings/Airplane Mode
  6. Turn Airplane mode on…wait a few seconds, then turn it off
  7. XBOX controller with proper bindings should now work (I have done this 3 times to be sure)
  8. edit…the proper bindings part (shared with your non-cloud based install of game) seem to connect only some of the times
