Xbox Cloud Saves… Crash on Beta SU 1, PLEASE HELP

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Hello! Can someone PLEASE help me? So I am playing MSFS 24 on the Xbox and I am on the beta SU 1 version. It was working perfectly for a while now.

Then today something about the cloud save file must have gotten corrupted and now it won’t even load the game AT ALL ANYMORE.

The Insider Hub won’t let me leave the beta, it just spins with the word “pending”. A console restart didn’t help. I even did a full reinstall of the game and a console reset (everything but the actual games on it) and nothing has worked.

The ONLY way I can access the game is by REALLY quickly clicking “Cancel Syncing” when it comes up and then the game loads but then I know it isn’t saving. I tried deleted the games cloud save file at least the local one on the console but I’m worried if I do it everywhere then it will remove all my career progress that I have worked really hard for up to this point.

Any tips? What should I do here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
