So, does anyone know if the new Xbox will run the new flight sim at its best? I thought I read somewhere Microsoft said flight sim would be much better on the console???
It’s possible since consoles as far as I know are coded for low level communication between the game and the hardware so its quicker. I worry about VR…
I may consider buying an Xbox instead of upgrading my PC since the cost of a new behemoth PC is too much.

Could you use VR with an Xbox S or one of the other Xbox? I was thinking of getting an X box but there are 3 types. does it matter which one to get for MSFS?
I don’t think there’s a chance it will be “better” on even the newest Xbox… for quite a long, long time.
See I was thinking this, I need to upgrade my pc for flight sim to be outstanding but it’s gonna cost a fair bit, so was wondering if it’s worth getting the new Xbox instead

Get the best if you can.
If on PC it has loads of bugs and issues… I doubt it will come to console anytime soon, although that IS the plan.
It might be a viable strategy - and one I am considering.
An Xbox released would mean direct X 12 has arrived
they don’t have too many titles ready for launch at least !
Target is taking pre-orders for the X box X and the X box S. The S is about $300. I want to pre-order now but Wich one to get. Maybe I should wait in case one will be bundled and installed with MFS and may or may not be VR comparable.
