Xbox game bar - remember msfs as a game

I got an RTX 4080 FE with V sync off I m having approx 50/60 Fps with a 99%i/s at 50/45 over new york at low altitude flying by the buildings
and 100 fps above the Pampa with a 75 fps 99% f/s

sound like issue came from HAGS option, maybe too much frame was hitting the CPU and was like in queue (even if I m running with frame lock a 30 FPS)
anyway I have been able to recover my previous and expected framerate by turning it off, and in sim setting allow low latency only ON + Boost

some people suggested to turn off game mode, I noticed improvment doing so but all extra cache cores from x3d wasn’t used meanwhile turning off HAGS, & keeping game mode on, cores 0 to 7 are being used by sim

hope to don’t see those stutter coming back from nowhere later
