Are the sim settings the same in the second account?
Am not sure. The whole set up in my first account was lost as I plugged In a keyboard.
However I can get lost if me views back on the diary account other than reset cockpit view that skews me to lol out of the lest window in the cockpit
Something is definitely conflicting between them unfortunately its difficult to say what because of the xbox

I would be the same i had my first series x which would shut itself off after a few minutes of gaming had a replacement from MS
If you have two accounts, they may not be, you should check!

before loading, but when signed in under second account
Seems that nothing is a miss
So I have logged into both accounts and I see nothing that surprises me. Just no ground traffic or tugs. Meaning I can’t fly from a gate
I just saw a post from another in here posted a few minutes ago with exactly the same issue but not on xbox.
It happened after he logs in a second time.
According to him if you let it go long enough, it will restore itself.

Possibly its just strange how its the ground traffic thats missing
@colesy19 Even stranger that in my original profile has full traffic
The problem with profile one is that I have no right or left mouse click in the cockpit
