Yes, it’s entirely possible for you to login while the services are down, I’m seeing intermittent reports from others that they’ve successfully logged in, but they’re also seeing Incomplete Profiles (no surprise there) - i.e., no Controller Profiles, etc.
Suffice it to say, it’s best that you don’t try to log back into Xbox Gaming until the Outage Board shows Green and all the services are back up and running. Heck, wait a couple of hours. I know, it’s hard, but I personally invested a lot of time in configuring my profile, and I sure wouldn’t want to chance it with half-way complete login.

All my settings have reverted to default, CPU and GPU are running extremely high now even with the settings at low or OFF and the cockpit glass instruments are blurry now very hard to read them in any aircraft. What ever they did is not working for me . Uninstalling it I guess cannot fight with this any longer
Everything was working just fine till they did what ever they did today , really annoying .

There’s no need to uninstall. Once the servers are back, normal performance will be restored.
They didn’t “do something” today. There’s just an outage on the Xbox services. Sucks, but it happens.
I’m definitely not playing anything xbox gaming related until its all green. Could effect saved profiles on everything.
Maybe this is an attack, more than an outage. It’s been a few hours now, which is a long time for a major provider to just have a hardware/software issue, considering the whole server system will be distributed and fault tolerant.
When the XBox version comes out, this will be a way of life.
I think I am going to grab a new wheel system this weekend and see what the new raceing sims are like these days. Just need to make sure its Iraceing Forza might be down
Yeah it sucks forza is unplayable also! My go to other than MFS. Rough gaming day today. I’ve got a g920 and love it! I’d suggest Assetto Corsa. It’s a few years older but excellent. However when I install it on my HD, it seems to affect MFS performance. I can’t explain it.
Xbox services are now back up and running normally.
