Yes they did not want to answer it . So that question pretty much answers itself ! Very sad and man we all have tried . Reports, discussions, you name it . We did what we could here and to not have one single answer about it is extremely worrisome .
thanks for that. I saw your questions as well, and I asked kindly as well if they can address all of this issues we are experiencing. Paid Third party xbox marketplace addons airports and sceneries causing significant CTDS as well as Live weather and Live Traffic causing CTDs and Black avionics especially on Long hauls. I also stated that the developers have reported back that they cannot test their products and they always refer us back to MSFS for support for they cannot do anything about it. the Q&A wasnât looked at or addressed.
Only thing What I got out of it was just to continue to send in reports via the forums. that doesnât solve anything for thatâs what we have been doing for the longest time. This is very unfortunate and unacceptable I agree for these are game breaking bugs that need to be acknowledged and fixed Asap on their end
I believe that Sebastian or Martial quickly brought it up today when they were talking about stability improvements in general and asking for our help in creating an instance where it can be 100% replicated. Jayne never asked them specifically on this issue but when they started talking about stability issues he briefly mentioned âblack screenâ⊠It was only for a few seconds and you had to pay careful attention to his words but I do remember him quickly mentioning it
Edit: So it sounds like unfortunately there hasnât been much progress. However, if they can get the sim back to a state to how it ran during SU6, it will be much improved. I rarely got black screens during SU6 and if you read the posts on this thread during that time period, most on this thread would agree. SU7 had made it much, much worse.
They really donât help themselves with the complete lack of communication. Itâs only logical that people think they just donât care (unfortunately myself included) because thereâs no other option. Weâve all tried optimism, youâve asked the question multiple times, and thatâs just not worked. Itâs really, really disappointing.
I asked before you arrived. martial mentioned the issue when answering another question.

Yes I canât make out much out of that conversation with Martial . Nothing there and the question was ignored plain and simple. I also donât get the black screens on the series x but on the s I do . This is still a memory issue from who knows where . We all have done what we could with reports and so forth and itâs just being shut out I feel .
Communication? Yeah no kidding we havenât had any real communication about this and many other issues. Itâs gone south .
Yes this is a major game breaking disaster for the Xbox people. I donât see any changes coming anytime soon .

Not that easy to do . This bug will be here for a long time buddy . We all tried everything we could as a community. Iâm have personally spent over 350 hours on this issue alone . Tied all kinds of tricks, hacks, situations, environments, etc⊠Bottom line is this - Itâs their coding . They need to figure it out .

Iâve uninstalled it from my Series S, for now. I am pretty disillusioned with it at present. Between this issue and the WASM issue that is plaguing the Xbox marketplace, I donât want to waste my time with it at present. I understand work in progress etc but these issues show little to no sign of being fixed, and the fact that we are being kept in the dark just makes it worse. Very sorry to say but for the immediate future, Iâve had enough.
I was watching the Q&A Session right now. Martial just talk for some seconds about black screen issue. First of all I simply can not understand why it is so hard to bring some State of SU6 back into the sim for this black screen issue as with SU 6 I had at least no single Black Screen or CTD.
But what makes me really angry is the fact as Martial mentioned how hard it is to find such bug (what I can totally understand at least) he said it is quite important that we as community report as preciesced as possible. He said âFlightplan, Weather on/off, Airports if in use Addons ect.â
Keyword Addons - when ever I reported here Bad Reports with addons inkluded some of the Forum Moderator blamed me I should just report if I am using Vanilla Sim 
Donât get me wrong I spend lot of money for the sim and also for addonâs so I could expect that they are working. As I bought them on the marketplace where only Addons are available which are passed by MS/Asobo otherwise they would not be in the marketplace.
Never the less first of all I discovered on my side it makes absolutely no difference if I am using addons or not In case of black screen - every flight which is longer than approx. 2h I face black screens - accept when live weather is off (but not all the time) (same as before SU6)
In case of CTDâ yes there are Addonâs involved basically airports but the funny thing on my side just WU Add-on Airports - Copenhagen as example form FlyTampa makes no Problem at all.
All over I need to say - they talking about communication transparency and on the other hand they just ignoring community members asking and asking again about status of a gamebreaking bug on Xbox platform - just unacceptable and very annoying.

Sorry Jack - I forgot in a phase of angriness to say Thank you - Thank you for all your effort in this case for us Xbox Simmerâs. I know that you are also using PC but anyway you are spending your time to drying, testing, drying, testing on Xbox S and also on Xbox X.

Your welcome but many you guys should be thanking yourselves for all of the reports and discussions I truly feel very sorry for the Xbox community and yesterday as well as the past few weeks the actions or lack of actions towards this issue and many others is absolutely sad ! Iâm calling out all 3 of the developers and Jayne the community manager in this one for completely ignoring this major issue especially yesterday. Once they start to see the numbers plummet, than they will know and already many people are leaving , or have left and moved on away from the xbox understandably . They may try to silence me , but they wonât silence You guys !
100 percent understand and thereâs a long line of people already from this thread that left and more will because this is not getting fixed for a long time . Best wishes and thank you .
