I’m quite sure that’s not what he meant. It’s quite common that screens go black on bespoke or 3rd party airports, on Series S or X.
This is a long and ongoing issue which still isn’t fixed. It happens at all stages of a flight, but mostly on short final or when taxxing to the gate. It is really annoying, and that’s an understatement.
