ISSUE DESCRIPTION
If I start a career task with my new Citation Longitude, the system performance on my XBOX Series X drops dramatically. Already in the overview of the mission it is starting with the performance issues and if you arrive at the Airport (I am currently in Munich Airport (EDDM) there 3 missions can be selected for that aircraft), the system performance gets so worse that you even can’t walk around the aircraft and take away the braking pads, engine covers etc. If I skip that and enter the aircraft directly via shortcut, inside the aircraft you can’t cam around. The FPS level is so worse it goes down below 1
Sorry some update to my initial comment that there is no issue in the free flight. I was planning a flight from KLAX to MMUN in free flight and I get same behavior as in career mode. As soon the flight plan is loading in the EFB, the system performance gets so worse you can’t play anymore.
I reproduced the same flight from KLAX to MMUN with eg. the Boeing 737Max and it went smoothly. So there is for sure a major problem with the Citation Longitude at least on the XBOX.
I don’t have such issue with any other aircraft in the career mode.
I can reproduce the issue as well in the free flight (Flight planning done with https://planner.flightsimulator.com) and now it gets really weird: If I to the planning with the Citation longitude as the selected plane in the https://planner.flightsimulator.com, I get these really huge performance issues BUT If I plan the same flight with the Boeing 737 Max and transfer this flight plan to the Citation Longitude no performance issues. So I fear there is something wrong with that initial flight plannings as long the Longitude is named there. But however there is huge BUG in the system. I really appreciate if the developer can have an urgent look here!
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
It happens always, makes it impossible for me to use the Citation Longitude in Career Mode which is really a pity, as I spend now 34,5 Mio credits for it.
Btw: I tried as well to reduce the resolution of the XBOX to 720p but still same performance effect. Seems not really linked to hardware / resolution

I canreproduce the same issue:
A) Career Mode:

Select Career Mode on XBOX
-
Select a VIP Charter Mission with the Citation Longitude
-
Accept the mission and press FLY
B) Free flight using the Citation Longitude as the air craft in the configuration of the https://planner.flightsimulator.com
- Do a flight planning with https://planner.flightsimulator.com and select the Citation Longitude from KLAX to MMUN and safe it
- Select the Citation longitude as air craft for the Free Flight and load the plan which you saved above. The performance will drop immediately already in the EFB
- not possible to start the flight due to the worse performance
C) Free Flight using e. g the Boeing 737 Max in the https://planner.flightsimulator.com with same trip from KLAX to MMUN but using the Citation Longitude as the plane you are really flying with
- Do a flight planning with https://planner.flightsimulator.com and select the Boeing 737Max from KLAX to MMUN and safe it
- Select the Citation longitude as air craft for the Free Flight and load the plan which you saved above for the Boeing 737 Max into the EFB of the Citation Longitude. No issue with performance is visible
- Start the fly and still no performance drops.
