Xbox Series X loading time

Hello. What really bothers me about this game is the totally fluctuating loading times. In general I would say “the more you install, the more you take to get to the main menu”, right? Well, not with MSFS. Sometimes, when I install a new add-on, the splash screen with Bora Bora loads faster than before. Well, uninstalling something makes it slower… How is it possible? Then the infamous Checking for updates page: it’s just hit or miss with it, sometimes quick, sometimes slow as f… These days, in particular, it looks pretty slow on my system (it doesn’t get stuck, fortunately, but it’s noticeably slower than usually). I have almost 100 add-ons installed right now, included every single WU… it now takes 2:40 minutes from launch to main menu. How about you?

I’ve been sitting here looking at the Dune Expansion screen for 20 minutes so far…. This has been happening for about a month. Slooooow to load. Super frustrating.

Since couple days, loading time and game crashes and ridiculous lag is normal. Even now after I completely new install everything. It’s absolutely non-acceptable and when I see the head and boss laughing in their YouTube screen I honestly have to say, being owner of my own company as well, 43 years of age, that if I’d handle my business like that and even worse present it laughing and making up excuses, I would be without job in no time. Even more embarrassing the guy is German like me. You charge people a ■■■■■■■■ of money and deliver not a work in progress but a still after years unfinished and very rough only working project. Pls go home and get someone willing to put in the effort having the right capabilities. It’s embarrassing.

Oh I’m on Xbox series x and my internet is fast enough, it’s wired connection and and and so pls save me the usual blaBlabla. Sorry but someone had to say it

Flagged as inappropriate??? Why, cause I’m legitimately complaining about what I paid a good sum of money for? Or cause I criticised the way the top MSFS guy presented himself and dealt with criticism in the last YouTube. Or cause I don’t only praise and bring up legitimate criticism as a customer who paid his hard earned money for that? Pls enlighten me, everyone who flagged me. Did I threaten anyone, was I being racist, inappropriate (not explicit!). If so, I apologise but sincerely would like to know why criticism and not positiv cheering them up like a fan, as they are a multimillion dollar company, is inappropriate. It’s ridiculous how many problems there are considering the price they charge. It’s not an NGO, I have every right to bring up harsh criticism about the overall lagging performance of their product

Thanks :folded_hands:t3::smiling_face: I honestly admit I’m surprised but in a very positive way, as I can clearly tell someone really objectively looked into the matter and had a judgement. Nevertheless, sorry if anyone felt attacked or offended; that was never my intention and I believe we all here for the same reasons as Simers who enjoy flight sims, but, especially lately i experienced a good amount of frustration with the product, sorry guys if someone felt attacked or in any way hurt in their feelings as I tried my best to not do that but also not sugar code my feelings about recent events.
