In case of mine (XBOX Series X, turtle beach yoke)
It’s a matter of the button pressing time.
When press the share button of the XBOX controller or Turtle beach,
you need to do it very quickly. I recommend it less than 0.1 sec…
Then the screen shot function will work.
Just try it VERY, VERY quickly~
