After the, interesting, launch of MS2024 on Xbox I think it’s really time to move on if I want to play the game in any reasonable way.
I know a lot of people have asked about building a PC to play MS2020 but I really don’t have the inclination or skill to do so. I know it will cost a lot more however it’s something I’m willing to do just to save myself the time of building one.
I know it’s quite difficult considering the bumpy landing MS2024 gave most users is there anywhere people would recommend buying a PC from?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Depends on where you live.
In the UK for example I know people who have bought from scan (dot) co (dot) uk and been very happy with the result. There is also a site called Overclockers but they seem to be more expensive.
(I have built my own up till now.)
I went to the blue building with the yellow tag and explained what I wanted the pc to do. Home, unboxed, cleared a few things I don’t use, downloaded MSFS 2020 and now 2024. Both have been great with little to no tinkering.I’m not a PC geek. I’m a PC dummy that messes with few things because of. 2024 has had some stumbles for sure, but as each day goes by it has reached a playable level for me. Great 2024 performance today.
No regrets with my PC purchase there or MSFS store, and it handles 2024 well so far. 78003d 4070 super 12gb vram 32gb ram windows 11 locked at 60fps, mixture of high to ultra settings. I also haven’t had any CTD since launch. 1 on day 1. I’m certainly looking forward to the advancement of 2024. I’ve modified/changed very little PC settings from stock, aside from a few control panel settings. More than satisfied with the results so far.Good luck with your purchase
