I just downloaded the game. I can’t select all the UI elements in the main menu. I can toggle some items with the d-pad, but others are out of reach. I see video of people using a thumbstick to move a pointer around the UI, that pointer doesn’t work for me, there’s no pointer at all or it is invisible… I am just trying to use the marketplace to start downloading some content, but I can’t select the UI elements. Any tips?
Happened to me, there’s a solution on reddit. Basically,plug in a mouse and go to the controller settings. Then change the controller profile to the default ‘Xbox’ profile.
