Xcloud does not update Premium Deluxe content

Brief description of the issue:

I would like to understand why Xcloud, since SU13, no longer updates the premium version content. I’ve already complained to MSFS Zendesk support and they send you to Xbox support, at Xbox support they don’t even know how to resolve it and send you back to Zendesk.
Today Xcloud updated to SU14 and the Premium content has not been updated and the products are all out of date. 787 even has a version where the avionics and EFB do not work correctly. Can anyone solve this?

Incidentally, this occurred when in SU13, the “lack of storage” error was removed from Xcloud, which prevented players from updating content due to lack of disk space on Xcloud. After this was removed, Xcloud never updated the content again.

Hi Jummi, thanks for your concern, and I really appreciate it.

No Jummi, this was never corrected, I’ll leave a screenshot of the version that 787 is in the Premium version of Xcloud.

Based on conversations with people who have the physical Console, it is far from the current version of the 787 in Premium Deluxe! You don’t know how much this is causing incompatibility problems within Xcloud, such as exorbitant Trim values and others.

I really hope this is, not just for me, but for the entire Xcloud community. Until then, I’m the only one complaining about this, because I believe that few people have the Premium version on Xcloud or don’t even pay attention to this issue.

Hi Jummi, how are you? I report that even with SU 15 the Premium content within Xcloud has not updated. Are there still any problems with the platform? Thanks. I will leave a print of the 787 version now in SU15. As I said, with an outdated product, there are some defects in the products that make it impossible to use on Xcloud.

Thank you for appearing. I thought I was talking to the walls, given that I am the only one to report this. If possible go to your content manager, look for the premium package and take a photo of the 787 version! It will be very useful for moderators and the Microsoft team solve this.

I ca confirm that dispite the version mismatch on Xcloud, the packages for your Premium and Premium Deluxe conntent is correct and up-to-date. It is just the numbers that are incorrect. The bug is now logged in our system.
