When the simulator starts, try pressing a random button on the controller until you reach the loading page. Once the sim has loaded, it should go to a second page where two options appear at the bottom (this is the part where everyone gets stuck). See if the controller is operating the menu, if not, refresh the page and see if it recognizes the controller again. Unfortunately, with this latest patch, it has become much more buggy than before and we have no expectation of resolving this issue. We don’t know if it is a problem with the simulator or a problem with the Xcloud platform. My bet is that it is in the simulator since it is the only one with this.
