OctopusG returns back to MSFS with a new project Yakovlev Ut-1 as start of RESA (Romantic Era of Soviet Aviation) series.
OctopusG, known primarily as a third-party developer for DCS World (e.g., I-16 module, La-7 in development), returning to MSFS development. We previously worked on an Wilga and An-2 projects for FSX and Prepar 3d.
I love the i-16 in DCS. Wish you’d bring the AN-2 there as well!
How about an Ilyushin IL-18 or TU 114 as one of your next Russian projects, please 
Oooh this looks cool! Never heard of this type but it looks fun. Would love to see more Russian types in the sim like this. Any chance an I-16 could be brought to MSFS?

We have Po-2 for next and than we plan to make Il-14, but we will think later. Of course we want to make Il-14, Il-18, Tu-104,Tu-114. Tu-144. Dreams…
For MSFS we plan to make only unarmed aircraft.

Oh perfect! I have an Po-2 local to me that was always a treat to see fly. Been a few years since they’ve flown it though. That 5-cyl engine has such a unique sound.
Glad to hear it. So many false starts with the Cold War era Soviet stuff it’s nice to hear that a company with a track record of completion maybe possibly will get to those in the coming years. In the meantime I’m especially looking forward to the Polikarpov.
Something like an Il-14 will be great as well as long as the accuracy and complexity is there.

PO-2 would be awesome. i-16 please!! I know you want only unarmed aircraft… but, just one, please! I promise I won’t pester you for an i-153 or il-2… or…. after that 
I read Over Fields of Fire a few months ago, and she spent much of her career in the PO-2…
