8gb of vram minimum for sure and the storage is too small. Absolutely agree WITH @DORRAGER
A 5700xt would certainly suit that rig better.
16gb is certainly the minimum. If you are not going to be pushing LOD settings to the full right you should be able to get away with 16gb.
