- FSReborn TL3000 (wheel/float) - Having a hard time flying anything but the new float variant, exploring local lakes. Excellent sounds, feels great to fly and finally get this plane on the water.
- FSReborn M500 - Looking forward to the eventual 2024 native version, but still favorite turboprop single, even with the not so exciting G1000.
- COWS DA40
- COWS DA42 - Modern sporty favorites. An update was just announced for the DA40/42, look forward to checking these out.
- Skyward Sovereign+ - Being mostly a GA fan it took a while to get the hang of the procedures, but rewarding to fly now
- FlightFX HondaJet - When I don’t have much time and want to get somewhere fast, this is so simple to setup for a flight
- CAS J3 Cub - While I haven’t been as into vintage aircraft, I enjoy this one more as time goes on. Somehow gives a sense of altitude climbing and looking out the windows as it chugs along and feels quite real. The float version has probably the best water handling in the sim.
- BSQ Bonanza - Great all around GA cruiser.
- BSQ Starship - Looks, flies and sounds amazing. Was a joy to learn some of the systems - still plenty to learn.
- FSW Cessna 414
If it gets to water handling for me the Tailorcraft is at least as good.

My Summary
The FlightFX Citation X jumps onto the Annual Podium this month even though it had less votes during the month that last month (due to other aircraft being dropped by some list updates). The Flysimware Cessna 414 and Classic Aircraft Simulations Piper Cub also makes a big move up. The Got Friends Taylorcraft JUST misses out on an instant appearance in the Top 25 annual in its first published month (Position 26) but easily had the most votes of a new aircraft for the month of September.
Not had much action in the Underdogs Charts, folks!

I’m sure Bagolus aircraft have been voted for before (you even said in an earlier post that it had a vote this year) or do you mean it’s a new vote since the new charts have started?
Also what was your top ten for September and did you include it in the charts? Did the Taylorcraft get in for you?
They just show up as new because it is a separated entry in the database now. Votes are combined from all the previous mentions.
I did not change mine this month, not really flown “for fun” much (working on something special! TBA!) but yeah the Taylorcraft is superb. Not done any vote update for myself this month though. It MIGHT get on…

I appreciate your effort in compiling these lists, Baracus250 - what we have with them is an excellent ‘recommended buy’ list, and you just don’t find that anywhere else.

I’ve just got back into flight siming after a long break (1 1/2 years?) and bought MSFS 24 (bought FS 20 on launch) and the A2A Aerostar 600 a few days ago. So I’m pretty much a newbie here on the new SIM and very much relearning a bunch of stuff from FS 20 too.
Anyway, here goes:
- A2A Aerostar 600. Okay it’s the only one I’ve flown in FS24 (apart from the A2A Comanche) but, honestly, why is this so far down the list? Maybe it hasn’t quite as much character as the Comanche but, really, what a great AC. Almost a living thing and a bit faster than the Comanche too
- A2A Comanche. Enough said hopefully. Another living AC with a great flight model
The rest are from my memories from FS20 a bit ago so please feel free to ignore. Totally understand if you do this Baracus
