Your download is slow? It won't even START here

SOS. On PC, the initial download from the Xbox store completes, then prompts to ‘Play’, then dies as soon as it opens with this:

Does anyone know how to get past this error? I’ve tried reinstalling the initial download, rebooting, sitting and waiting and watching paint dry, this is maddenning.

I had this too, Pause then unpause fixed it. It takes a while to pause though!
