YPPH ILS24 approach (bogus waypoint PRL)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

YPPH approach ILS24 procedures contains bogus waypoint called PRL.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

all the time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Load free flight

  2. create flight plan with destination YPPH pick ILS24

  3. check flight plan on EFB and FMS

Real nav charts don’t have PRL. not even the charts within the EFB. A320N Inibuilds FMS translates this waypoint as a location 6725 NM west from SPUDO. The workaround is to delete it from FMS but it has been lingering around since SU4.

MEDIA

The default navdata has the following ILS approaches for YPPH24, both with completely different waypoints, and “PRL” does not appear in any procedures for this airport. Do you perhaps have some third party navigation data installed?

No third party nav data.

I did another check and it is still there. Whether the arival and approach is picked through in built EFB or FMS it is visible in both. The only thing that changed between SU5 and SU5.1 is that in SU5 (and SU4) there would be radial (in a shape of semi circle) visible on the EFB flight plan that originates or ends (can’t remember now) on that waypoint PRL. In more recent builds the semicircle flightpath disappeared but the waypoint is still visible.

And I have checked every arrival path into RWY24/21/6/03 only 24 has it coming from KABLI

Done a few RC clears here and there but no difference.

I haven’t tried A330 or A321 yet thinking to check if it is plane related.
