Zendesk tickets response time

Ever opened a ticket on flightsimulator.zendesk.com? If yes, how long did it take to get a reply?
Personal experience: I opened a ticket over 1 week ago and still no feedback.

It’s different all the time. Got one ticket response in 4 hours, other one in 2 weeks. And some inbetween

Zendesk is more for bug reporting than user support. The forum is more for user helping user support. However, some support requests will be answered. Most of the replies will be what you can find in the FAQ.
