Anybody knows how to increase zoom out value or level more than default on external View ?
I suspect you’re referring to the Cockpit Camera View, there are a few SimVars you can use for this, not sure if they’re settable or readonly as the documentation isn’t complete for all SimVars:

Isn’t the cockpit view the same thing? The view is from the cockpit.

actually I’m asking this to create something like tower View. because right now we don’t have it and if we can find a way to zoom out more than default maybe we can do something like Tower view!
There is a Drone Camera feature, allowing you to view the exterior of the plane or landscape etc, perhaps this is what you’re looking for?

with drone, you can set the position anywhere and you can optionally lock onto objects (a plane) and have the camera follow it (while staying in the same position)
