Have you tried binding both the rudder axis with the nose wheel steering axis to the same control, to eliminate the conflict?
I don’t have turning issues with my 787 after AAU2. But I did bind both the nose wheel steering axis and the rudder steering axis to the same control of my joystick twist axis.
