I’m starting to think there are none of the private vip missions that would use the 3 planes they have for sale for them like the CJ4… I’ve never seen one… either in employee or freelancer before or after this bug… which is not fixed yet imo.

The weather broke open about 400 feet. I was able to land and complete the mission
that seems like a more likely reason, my missions disappeared the moment I purchased the CJ4
Since the server-side update, nothing new, always no private/VIP mission and Search and rescue…
I never saw one in Employee mode even fore “The Outage”. This is kind of why I keep being pedantic about people saying they “See VIP missions” because VIP missions are the second tier of Charter that uses those planes, and I’ve never seen one. “Private” is the first tier of charter, the ones that the Vision Jet does.
I don’t run the risk anymore. I VFR every charter flight now because the ATC is so ■■■■■■■ broken.
Makes it fun coming on on approach.
I still have no medium cargo missions showing up in both employee and freelance even though I’ve unlocked the specialisation and completed the gold mission and I own a plane for it (208). They disappeared when the VIP mission issues started so I’d imagine it’s linked in some way
Well guys… I can only tell you that this will be my third vip tier 2 missioiin. First was in King Air, second in PC-24 and now I bought a brand new CJ4… it seems that since I have a passenger company then passenger icons take precendece. I was scrolling missiono list in one of the airports and noticed this mission, bought a new CJ4 and gonna test it out…
All 3 missions spawned in Europe from “green” (meaning large?) airports. This one is from LOWW. And while all three were from different airports, all led to LIML

Tested with my Charter company owning a Vision Jet and a CJ4. Had tons of missions for Vision Jet, none for the CJ4. Sold the Vision Jet and some missions (4 in complete western Europe + UK) started appearing for CJ4, all had a terrible pay out (1/3 or 1/2 of a medium cargo mission).
Whatever the devs did fixed the problem of them not appearing at all, they are not fixed however. It is the whole mission generation system that is borked from my point of view. With all of europe unvocered (except for Balkans), almost all of Australia (which is a hotspot in winter for Charter missions) i would expect some missions to show up with a decent pay out.
Since the server update I got some VIP missions in the Alps (Europe) playing on Xbox
It is definitely not fixed. I am only seeing Private Charters, zero VIP Charters. People are not paying close attention to the missions and only looking at the icons.
What is the difference between these two? Icon wise. Same as between light and medium cargo?
Icon is the same, the missions are different just like light and medium cargo. You have VIP and Private Charters. Private pays more different aircraft requirement.
I literally posted 4 posts above that I was just flying 3 missions with medium aircraft. I’m not sure what do you mean by VIP charters. Specialisation most likely unlocks two star missions, same as medium cargo spec unlocked medium cargo…
The tier 1 Charters (one star) are actual named VIP Charter, the tier 2 missions (two star) are named Private Charter and there are two separate specializations named as such.
So as I mentioned, I just flew 3 different two star charter missions, with King Air 350, PC-24 and now CJ4. I don’t see any more on the map…

Great you are still not understanding, there are ZERO tier one missions VIP Charters being generated. Only Private Charter Tier 2 are being generated. It is still broke.
VIP Charters and Private Charters both generate under the VIP Icon.
