Same issue here. I was looking forward to completing my Private Charter flights to unlock the VIP Charter flights in career, but they all disappeared. Only options I have to fly in career are cargo, medivac and Passenger Airline Flight (which none work correctly, usually just crashes game). So sick of this ■■■■ game.
On the screenshot there are a few golden vip, but thats in employee mode, have they disapered in freelance only?
On 30th of December were so many VIP Charter missions,today none.
What happened?
Probably something to do with the new year.
We`ll have to wait until Asobo is finished with the vacation.
(Probably next week)

Hi everyone, this is my first post nice to meet you all. I have just installed this game but…i can’t use carreer mode because i have no first flight golde mission.
i Thought it wa s aproblem of my computer and re-installed the game but as i can see…it’s something it has to be fixed server-side.
Am i getting it right?

Even a lot of the Cargo flights are missing. I had a dozen options in these circles the other day. Now, there are no missions at all:

I am having the same exact issue and I can’t figure out what’s wrong either. Hope someone can help.
Maybe Career Mode is giving you the day off because it’s a holiday?

Well, I just passed my PPL and flew 1 First Flight and then … no second mission available, so it’s at the lower end as well, not just the higher missions. Gosh 
I thought it was just my bumpy landings.

Same issue, all VIP missions went poof. I guess I should not be surprised at this point as they all ready got my money…ffs.

It did affect passive income for me. I have one Cessna 172 on cargo flights and a Vision Jet for VIP flights both with Crew set to “on”.
Played about 9 hours yesterday doing medium cargo and just checked to see no passive income

Sometimes they are hard to find, you have zoom way out and scan around the globe. It’s probably not going to be close to where your base airport is. Although, career mode seems to be extremely bugged right now.
Were you flying at 00:00 UTC? I got all my passive income from yesterday.
Yes before and after 00:00 utc and up to few minutes past midnight local time, thought it would populate when you are not active, just opened career mode to find no passive income on any companies
Im on Xbox too and I have this issue. Have you checked as a freelancer? Almost everything is skydive.
Nono. This is clearly something wrong. I see missions, but over 80% of them are skydive.
If you are online flying at 00:00 UTC there is a bug where your passive income will not populate. Get offline today prior to 00:00UTC and back online about 10 minutes after and your passive income from yesterday and today will populate.
