What if I want to cancel my refund? I’m quite happy with this add-on?
Edit: just checked my mail, the refund was approved… This means I can’t use it anymore? It’s still installed and functional.
I tried to cancel the refund but it’s just gone through.
I’ve had a refund before. And the product still remains as being owned. I felt bad about this initially, as I reinstalled the item. But the truth is if that’s how their system is then it’s not our fault.
That’s because they are refunding you the Flight Sim Points, not the item. When you buy an item you are just buying credits.

Yes, thank you I thought this as well. It doesn’t feel right, but if this is how the system works.
Besides, I have 6 other DLC(airports) I can’t use because of CTD’s, and I already used my 2 refunds a year. So, one time lucky I guess then?
There is a lag between when an item is refunded and when the product is revoked from the account as it is two different processes.

I like to know too when it will be fixed and make a return on Xbox. Hope to see it as a working product on Xbox at some point

The irony is I already own this product on PC via Orbx. Only bought it again on the FS Store because of Xbox.
Now I have two PC versions.
My PC is a CDT fest so I rarely fly there.

In the same boat, Already owned the ORBX version which i’m keeping because it works on PC and i bought it again so i could use it on Xbox lol. Gues we are both the same huh playing on both systems

Is there an easy way to remove simple traffic now, or do we still need to delete reserved space?
does anyone know what the “issue” was with it? seemed to work well for me other than some planes would be parked at my gate, but I would just drive up anyway lol. I am not in the xbox currently, but I think that is what I bought…the add on that plops random planes onto the tarmac? for xbox? correct? As someone said above the refund is in credits. I tried to look at my purchase history and it just shows dollar amounts, and credits, but not the add on titles…
That’s Airport Static Aircraft - Simple Traffic is a different add-on.
So simple traffic is not in my installed list now in content manager as they pulled it but why the heck did they not give us the option to uninstall it first!

Anyone get their money back already? Although my refund was approved yesterday, no money has been transferred yet.
