I posted this to a wish list and would love to receive support. This may be especially handy in AIG if you want to keep some GA traffic and let AIG traffic manger handle airlines:

After some fiddling around and hopefully learning how to do things properly, I did actually get this to work. The models are great and I really don’t want to go back to monotonous A320 MSFS AI traffic everywhere with their stupid pointy noses.
However AIG is still causing me some grief. I tried reloading the Traffic Controller after a flight and got another blue screen (Machine Check error this time). Not saying this was specifically due to AIG of course - I am also checking my drivers and hardware although nothing has come up so far from any testing. But this does only ever happen with this one specific software tool and never with anything else. So it must uniquely be triggering something …
However, the help I need is - when I reloaded both Traffic Controller and Manager they both now ask me to Select FS version - with an empty drop down list. So I can’t get into AIG at all now.
One step away from deleting the lot for now. Maybe reinstall another time. Real shame, unless anyone could help.

I can’t see DHL traffic at EDDP, I had installed all DHL flight plans. Can anyone confirm this?
The errors you describe may point to a faulty RAM as you got bluescreens with different errors it seems. Also other strange behaviors can be created by a failing RAM.
Probably best would be to check your machine using Memtest86 to see if all RAM sticks are fine.
MSFS allocates a lot of RAM so it’s likely to cause a bluescreen in that case. Another thing also could be a failing SSD - I had both cases on different systems over time and the results were always strange
Another thing could be you downloaded the wrong AIG and TC versions - one is for P3D and FSX, a separate set is MSFS exclusive. If you got the wrong version it cannot detect MSFS it strictly has to be the MSFS Beta build at the start.
Keep in mind, AIG SERVERS ARE DOWN ATM so downloading new flight plans and aircraft is not possible until the servers are back online.
I’m guessing it’s a parking spot issue with the airport (which is very common)

EDDP scenery only features GATE and RAMP parking types, not RAMP_CARGO parkings, anyway you should see DHL 757s sitting there:
Yep, as expected, wrong parking spots.
I have tried playing with these with little success.
Note, in this picture, all the spots are RAMP GA, not cargo (I changed the big ones in the middle) and as you will see, there is massive overlap which will significantly limit their use.
This is good advice. AIGTC is quite memory intensive on startup.

Having done GPU checks, CPU checks, disk checks and mem checks - no errors were been found. Of course that is not necessarily definitive, but I have also had disk and memory errors before so I’m also familiar with some of the symptoms you can get. In this case literally no symptoms of any kind are happening when using any other software that would lead me to believe there was anything going on with my hardware.
I am now in a situation where I then deleted my AI Traffic Manager and Controller files. Luckily I kept my zip files from the first download. I checked if these are the correct versions for MSFS first, and they are then unzipped the new files. AIGTM is public beta v1.1. AIGTC is 0.5.
I made sure I made a shortcut with -MSFS2020 appended to the file name.
The same thing happened when I tried opening both tools - asked which sim version - end of story. Perhaps there is a config file elsewhere to delete. My OCI folder is in the AddonLinker Community folders with all my airlines and liveries etc. I did not delete these yet as they were working OK when the tool came up.
I guess sadly back to square one for me, and the option - more pointy nose MSFS nonsense. OK I have Aerosoft Simple Traffic, which is easy and does what it says on the tin I guess - and not ST’s fault but still pointy nosed. Pinnochio Airlines!

They will constantly ask you for which version each time you start up.
There is a drop-down box to pick from in each.
Also, bear in mind AIG servers are down until probably mid February due to an issue they can’t control from their server.
This means you will not be able to run the AI Manager.
If you had everything installed, the Traffic Controller will still work to put AI in the sim.
I was never asked since i started using AIG. I think it only happens if you have MSFS and P3D on the same system.

That’s true, I do have that plus FSX Steam, and it sees all three.
The manager is the only one that sees all three, you can eliminate the others in the Traffic Controller
I get the dropdown box in both, and still have to select MSFS, even though in Traffic Controller it’s the only one in the dropdown!

Well its been a right old day!. Seems the last blue screen caused my MSFS to be invisible to anything - hence why the AIG manager couldn’t find MSFS. Again not AIG’s fault. I had to take back control of the MSFS main directory and point the installer that came up saying I had 120Gb to reinstall, back to my actual installed location. So now all good.
So I’m happily taxiing past pointy nosed A320s again…
Maybe I’ll give AIGTC another go tomorrow (it’s evening in the UK)…

I can’t remember for sure but I think there’s a switch you can add to the shortcut (-msfs or something like that) to tell it to start for MSFS and not ask.
Yes, thanks, I used that to get me to only one in the dropdown for the Traffic Controller.
It did get rid of the other two in that dropdown box.
I can’t see AIG traffic on any of the in-sim systems like the VFR map, G1000 NXi, G3000 (WT), GNS x30, or GTN750 (PMS50).
I can see it from external applications like Little NavMap. I can even see it using the TDS Sim GTNXi that runs on the Garmin Trainer.

after installing that the dhl cargo planes showed up for me
I can see the traffic when it’s spawned on the ramp but i can’t see traffic that is spawned in flight.
