I would say in the real world " flying without issue " is just the first step on the way to mastery.
Among other things Mastery involves both the skills to handle any possible emergency together with the knowledge and foresight to avoid those emergencies in the first place.

I’d recommend moving on to the P-51 Mustang after learning how to fly a trainer. Fast and technical, but once you know how the p-51 behaves it’s easy and fun.
Why would a beginner need a study-level aircraft?
Going against the flow here. While yes the airplanes mentioned above are all nice.
What is more important is, what plane interests you? Because it is a sim, you can learn to fly any plane at your own pace. And you will learn faster in a plane that genuinely interests you then a plane that does little for you.
Also, what kind of hardware to you have? Stick, throttle etc?
Also, are you a beginner to flying in general or just MFS?

Every aircraft is study level for a beginner.
The Got Friends EA-7 Optica is an underrated fantastic GA trainer. It has everything you could need, from steam gauges to GPS and an autopilot. It has unbeatable visibility, is quite stable and behaves very well. All that with a dog and a cat. Really.
