For the second leg, there is no ‘progressive taxi’ indicator once you get cleared to the active, even if it worked on the first leg

As mentioned by @Bondjpf in their post, seems to be a bug that has been reported, even if the titles says “IFR” it could apply for VFR too as per your report.
