FSLTL traffic is not loading! You can hear the conversations, you can see the planes on the map but there is no traffic
I have just bought Beyond ATC today & can not see ai traffic being injected. All aircraft does appear on the map.

They suggest a restart of BATC or a complete reboot of the system. From what I’ve read, the issue stems from a bug on the MSFS side (simconnect) and BATC indicates they await a fix. Not sure what are the chances it will work the second time. It may be completely random…just not sure and they haven’t indicated, AFAIK. So you may have to restart/reboot more than once. It worked for me last night.
Am I missing something? The BATC injector injects LIVE traffic. The installation instructions specifically state you must disable ALL AI traffic in MSFS2024: see HERE.
Not sure to whom you have directed your post, but you are 99% correct AFAIK. The only technicality is that BATC is not live traffic, but one week of traffic from the fairly recent past.
Just to summarize my experience, with enough patience I observed a very small amount of arrivals and departures using the BATC Traffic Injection. By far it seemed to want to inject great numbers of parked planes no matter what that slider was at but at some busy airports about zero takeoffs or arrivals in a, say, 30 minute window. As a test I turned on the FSLTL injector instead and in one case there was actually a mad dash of preflight activity and a traffic jam (because my plane was sitting on the runway looking for traffic). So my takeaway is to chalk this up to the beta version of BATC traffic and move on for now. Side note on BATC, I am leaving the MSFS ATC on with low volume so I can observe the differences. I am finding that interesting and in some case it has been helpful to the learning experience. Thanks for all the replies.

Basically, one has to re-install the base mods again into the MSFS2024 community folder from the FBW installer instead of copying the existing ones from MSFS2020.

I am having similar problems:
I purchased FS Traffic through Marketplace. Now the aircraft are displayed at the gates, taxi, etc. but BATC still says that it does not detect FS Traffic and therefore does not generate the ATC audio traffic that would go with it. Any thoughts?

HI ! I succed to fix my issue : my usercfg.opt was pointed to the wrong community folders and I delete the dat files AND the content.xml : that works for now
Did you just cut and paste the usercfg.opt to the community folder? Also, which DAT and XML files did you delete? I have a bajillion of them on my computer
just edited usercfg.opt.
the dat files are in SCENERYINDEX folder : I deleted all of them
