Buildings much too high still in 1.9.5.0 Patch

I’ve now made a community folder patch which is working and doesn’t require editing any file in the OneStore folder. Furthermore, a single “distribution.toml” file works for both global and Japan! Download the file then remove the trailing .pln extension. Unzip in your Community folder.
