I fully agree. Someone from the team should give an official word about what happened. Communications are very important and this is big business.
I ran a quick search for any scenery files with .cgl files inside, and I only found for myself:
flyt-airport-c16-frasca-field - C16 - Crashes
pilotplus-airport-egtb-wycombeairpark - EGTB - Crash
aerosoft-paderborn - EDLP - Crash
awdesigns-tncm - TNCM - Works
I haven’t tested them all, but TNCM was working fine for me this morning, and I just re-tested to confirm.
The following will help you identify potential offenders. Run it from inside the OneStore folder, so for me that is "D:\Flight Simulator\Official\OneStore"

…Have it with all addons with their own CGL files… seems clear to me. Tried to start with Bing data off, seemed ok. Turn it on… CTD…

Same for me can’t load Justsim’s EDDH… CTD.
It’s weird, hours before without problems.
Hope they find the issue soon as possible.
Proof they are pushing hotfixes and micro patches during the load screen. How they broke all custom scenery without pushing an actual update is beyond me otherwise.
Adding Kelowna (CYLW) airport FSimStudios add-on to the list of casualties here. Contacted their support and got an immediate response (on a weekend!) referring me to this thread. Confirmed that turning off Bing data works around the problem in this particular case.
This all started with me yesterday afernoon 12 uk time only noticed it wasnt just me when someone posted the same issue on here yesterday, Just literallaly did a flight EGPE to LEIB in CJ4 both 3rd party crashed soon as I landed on rollout at LEIB. Thought it was from only from MARKETPLACE, But I ordered LEIB from somewhere else.
Just some communication would be nice. Well over 24 hours and not a word. So poor.
Hi guys, after starting and opening the simulator, after choosing A320 neo the parking at the EDLP airport, when I click fly while it is loading, it is already the third time it crashes

i hope they fix this problem asap. Otherwise we have to fly only by night on high altitude 
because without Bing the scenery looks ugly

Asobo is indeed aware of the issue.
As stated the issue is with Bing Data, which is streamed from the net, and for some reason, that stream is having difficulties, so it must be fixed by Bing, which complicates things as Asobo does not have any direct control over what they do.
In these cases though, a lot of times Asobo can, and does, help Bing to get these issue resolved.
got that info by Nick Cooper from the ORBX Team:
"the problem is confined to those addon airports that include their own photo scenery in a .cgl file.
All airport and other products that include a .cgl file are affected regardless of the developer or whether they are freeware or payware."
I been having EXACTLY the same problem but after loading the 747 at EDLP.
and even after flying the 747 from Gatwick to Lippstadt, it crashes
