All the buildings in the region of Brazil that had already been photogrammetrically surveyed are experiencing the same problem. In São Paulo, the buildings look like they’ve survived earthquakes, in Rio de Janeiro and Brasília, the same thing happens, and Sugarloaf Mountain in Rio looks like it was painted white.
It’s not even working properly anymore–everyday the performance of the sim in general seems to degrade more and more. I’m almost to the point of throwing in the towel…
Hoping they fix it and don’t leave this piece of junk behind to get you through to 2024… Which I definitely won’t buy from them… If they work so poorly, ruining something that works, imagine how they’ll work on something that was already created as a piece of junk…
The destroyed photogrammetry was also present during the beta in Zurich. At that time, an update was required to repair Zurich. This was also mentioned in the beta changelog. Here:
I’m going to move this topic back to the Bug Reporting Hub > Scenery and Airports category as it seems a number of users are experiencing issues with photogrammetry scenery. Could I please ask that users include the full Bug Reporting Template when creating a post, as this is incredibly helpful data to provide as much information to the development team as possible. I’ll post the template below for you all.
We’ll make sure to get this logged internally for investigation by the development team!
Thanks
The MSFS Team
Using the template below will greatly help the team reproduce the issue and ease the process of fixing it. Before posting, search for an existing report. If you are not sure it’s a bug, please first report in User Support Hub.

Just a small update to let you know that I’ve now feedback-logged this for investigation. Again any further information that you can provide will be helpful for the team such as platform (MS Store, Steam, Xbox etc.) and sim version (2024 or 2020) etc.
Description of the issue: I played a little in the morning (25.9.) and everything was fine. Then I turned the game off and on after a while and the Japan update downloaded. Since then I see blurry buildings like in the pictures. Tried to delete rollingcache, SceneryCache and SceneryIndexes, it didnt help. No change in settings helps.
Coordinate or location of issue: Pilsen, Prague, Brno all in Czechia, but I tried also Vienna Austria, Berlin Germany, all the same.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Everytime, since the Japan update was downloaded and installed.
