For the passenger airline there is a post already about the skip to taxi causing issues:
Currently you can end the passenger boarding via comms → ground services → request passenger board stop. This will complete the passenger boarding. Doing passanger boarding, luggage, catering, IFR than when luggage completed you can request the passenger boards stop, then pushback, start engines and you can skip to the take off.
