This terrible bug of unreadable panel labels is NOT only in 1080p, I have it also at 1440p.
I FINALLY DEVISE THAT THIS IS BECAUSE OF POOR ANTIALIASING (can be only at AMD GPU): BUG IS VISIBLE IF SET to TAA or FSR3 ANTIALIASING set to anything else than QUALITY.
I have latest AMD drivers, RX6900 XT, WIN11, DX12
(I have also AntiAliasing problems in DCS, where MSAA is also giving me ■■■■■■ edges after complete uninstal, cleaning, reinstal, vanila settings).
