How to prepare for this update:

  1. If you are using the manual cache feature, please make sure to delete it via the in-game menu and create an updated version as we performed some backend technical updates.

So yes, if you’re using manual cache, it would be smart to do that.

For the rolling cache; if you’re getting problems with low quality scenery, it would make sense to reset this as well. Maybe some low quality data got in there and prevents good new data from being loaded.
