Still not loading, stuck at 0% loading

I’ve escalated this internally. I’m unsure if it’s related to the earlier outage (since resolved) from a few hours ago or if this is something new, but either way we’ll get people looking into it. Thanks for your patience as our support teams work to resolve this issue.

I just cleaned MSFS24 out by uninstalling and reinstalling. Still stuck at 0% and boy I am not happy about this. £200 game and it cant load

actually mine says “0% - Loading language …” not sure if that helps at all

same here, what is going on and why no info from MS they must know there is an issue……
Also have the waiting for authentication message still. Su4 beta if it helps, also located in Australia…
I’ve reinstalled as well (Xbox Series S), and it didn’t help either. Still the same issue as well: Stuck at 0% with the “Waiting For Authentication” message. In case it helps in any way: I’m in the SEA region.

Update. started loading again. I didn’t do anything. Just at random the loading started again.
Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Online functionality is completely broken it seems. Cannot connect to the store, clicking my gamer icon shows the server status as ‘Offline’. I’ve restarted the sim, my Xbox, my router… everything possible to troubleshoot but nothing is working. I’ve checked the network connection and speed on my Xbox and every other game is able to connect to online services.
Note: I also turned off online services in settings and turned it back on and that didn’t work as well. I’ve followed all steps recommended by MSFS.
