Now it seems to be shooting constant low bandwidth warnings. Worked fine this morning but now its shooting low bandwidth.
What I did not appreciate about this whole experience is that MSFS 2024 did not give an error message as to why it was stuck on 0% loading languages. This error exception needs to be caught and told to the user so that they do not go down rabbit holes that have no effect in trying to fix the problem.
I actually thought this morning it was because SU4 was happening lol but I’m glad it got resolved. Took a while but i am so glad we are back in the skies.
But my marketplace isn’t working. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
Sheesh. Spent over 6 hours including doing a fresh Windows intall etc. Should have checked in here first.
Same issue and I thought it was because something had gone wrong when I swapped GPUs.
Able to log in to MSFS2024 here in Western Australia for the first time in 12 hours
Sigh….I get past 0% now, but it gets stuck at 96% “Loading unusually long: log saved to Report-loading.toml”. Anyone else?
Online functionality is back, baby! (2020)
Works for me as well now. @SeedyL3205/@Chewwy94 can we please get a postmortem on this? It would be great to have an official statement what happened, how it was addressed, and what will be done in the future to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Working now.
It worked for me earlier tonight, then started not loading in to the airport when I click fly now. I’ve tried multiple airplanes, deleting the rolling cache, checking for updates again, nothing works. Looks like more server issues are popping up again.
Oregon USA.
Works for me now, as of 11/14/2025.
I had this issue on November 12th. Spent 2 hours on and gave up. The next day it worked/
Installed MSFS 2024 Standard on 10th July using Xbox on my PC, no problems on installation , quick loading times and enjoyed free flight in the UK using Orbx UK Scenery and airports.
Everything was fine until 29th October when MSFS 2024 refuses to load, it reaches 97% after 25 minutes or so and then just freezes with a message saying”Loading unusually long:- Log saved to Report-Loading.toml..” Sim stays like this for ever until I delete using Task Manager. I have followed all of your Trouble shooting guides for this problem with no change in the Sim even to re-installing the Sim twice. My bandwidth is about 40 mbits . Can you help or its back to P3Dv4 for me.

Hi @CardDuke873
Have you tried this guide to see if your issues are resolved? Loading issues – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support
Thanks
The MSFS Team
im crashing out right here trying to solve it
Hi Team
Thanks for getting back to me and yes I have followed “Loading Issues” including deleting Cloud Save and the cmd prompt WSReset.exe to no avail. It takes five minutes to load to 97% and then just hangs there, in the past I’ve left it for an hour with no change. Extremely disappointing!!
A bandwidth error keeps appearing after a minute of loading, never had that until this problem appeared.
I’d recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team to see if they have any further troubleshooting steps they can recommend: Submit a request – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support
Thanks
The MSFS Team
I remember this error from many months ago. It was because of a mod (or the remnants of a mod). Always stopped at 97% with that message. Can’t remember which one though so double/triple check you are running the stock sim.
If there is still an option (as there was in 2020) to run the sim in safe mode, try that as well
Any word on this from the devs/team? Significant events like these, and the one earlier this year that took MSFS24 out for days should be explained to the customers I feel. Especially those who had significant impacts (either they spent hours installing/reinstalling or like me who ended up being locked out of my PC for six hours plus (following Reddit instructions, and also why it took so long to figure it out? What’s wrong with a little transparency?
