I too have the same problem. Forget level (50+ tho), have one 172, crew on, IFR rating, etc. Still crashing when clicking on career, it shows my avatar in the hangar and part of the 172 and then crashes. No matter how annoying it is, glad to see it is a bug and being worked on and I don’t need to reset my career/problem with my computer.
CTD when entering career mode. I’m around Level 87, passed all fixed wing exams other than Heavy Transport. Owned one sightseeing company and a Piper Cub. Unlocked 13 kinds of missions other than agricultural, heavy fire fighting and heavy/super heavy cargo transport.
Same problem here. Carrer lvl 70+, with 1 cargo company and 1 cessna 172 g1000 on the hangar. All planes certifications acquired less the super heavy cargo.
I got the same problem today after last patch. When I’m going into career from main manu it’s crash to deskopt at the view of hangar. It seems to hang when loading the last day’s passive income report. Before patch I don’t have any problem with the sim.
Community folder is clear, crash is everytime.
Guys, unfortunately I’m afraid they’ll fix it as soon as possible tomorrow

Same issue, 1 company, 1 172 with crew on as soon as I hit career immediate CTD with no error. Verified files, cleared community folder and even reinstall. Still broken.
This CTD seems specifically related to Careers with established companies. There’s a guy streaming on YouTube just now with a new GamePass-install of MSFS 2024 and he’s flying just fine on a Career Mission. I checked and he doesn’t have a company set up yet.
Why don’t the developers give a status update?
I don’t have a company and flew a mission and completed my jet checkride this morning. It really seems linked to having a company.
Support had me trying resetting my game to vanilla, but it still did not resolve my issue:

Despite of many tries and game reinstallation on my PC. Game crashes each time I lauch the career mode arriving in tyhe hangar view.
I am level 47 and don’t want to loose hours of gaminga and certifications

Same issue here. Level 60+ Have company and crew turned on.
Would be nice if we could roll-back the update ourselves as a stopgap fix.
