Career mode is very much a grind… Most career simulators like Truck Simulator or Farm Simulator also can get to be a grind. It’s the nature of career simulators. Players, though, seem to have a very wide variation in how much grind they are interested in. There are users that feel very interested in investing large amounts of time in the game and feel a lot of reward for grinding their way to the top. Others, don’t want to dedicate months to the game but want to feel the progression.
Simulators like farming simulator address this by offering different economy difficulty settings. This allows players to decide exactly how much grinding they want to do to get further in the game. I think this feature would make the game more interesting and accessible to a wider audience.
