I have found the best experience with Vsync set to 30 FPS in the game.

TLOD can be set in the game itself, 100 = 1.0 and 400 = 4.0. If you want to experiment with going beyond 400 you will need to edit the UserCfg.opt file and then make sure you set it to read only

Thanks! Will revisit the setting and check it out. I currently have Vsync in NVCP turned on and ingame game turned off. I have locked my FPS to 30 in the NVCP.
