Getting a “simple” robot. . .
. . . to wander around aimlessly, while trying to avoid obstacles “[is] not really AI” either, but that doesn’t make it “simple”.
It seems easy enough to be able to connect to it via a web browser, access the onboard camera, and drive it as a remote control FPV robot too.
I have hundreds and hundreds of programming hours devoted to just that one project, and it is still far from complete.
It all looks “simple” until you actually have to make it happen.
