Yeah it’s a known issue that Asobo needs to fix. Quite how a fundamental thing like this can go so long without being addressed is astounding. This is a bug and SU8 is being touted as the big bug fix release so we can only but hope for this bug to be amongst the ones that are fixed.
Hi @N953RC9903,
actually it seems to exist a limitation in some cases with touch screen simulating direct mouse-clicks on pop-out instruments. There are already some threads in the forum, for instance here.
If using instruments in Airmanager the touch or mous events are injected to the sim by directly changing values and not sending mouse-click events.
But I do not know if this is only related to GT750 or also stock MSFS touch instruments?
It affects any window generated by the sim so yes the GTN750 and all the MSFS avionics that are supposed to be touch.
Added Aviatek G1000
See this post:
It isn’t…
Like Sling said, it affects popout windows from the sim that SHOULD have touch functionality enabled. This includes the GTC580 touch screens from the TBM and Longitude, the G3X, and the PMS50 GTN750.
Nope. Just a user
